I currently have a website that I've been working on, and I have a majority of the work done. I have ALL the graphics completed, text entered, etc. However, I just can't seem to edit the HTML / CSS code correctly to get items exactly where I want them... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
