We are searching for a team lead with strong Windows C++ development skills. The team lead will be responsible for all the aspects of the employer's Windows and MAC client development. Our client is using two main technologies, QT and Visual C++/MFC. Our clients can run a Win32 application on the Windows desktop, or a native app on MAC based on QT technology.

Requirements
- 3 years prior experience as a team lead
- 5-7 years experience with Microsoft Visual C++
- 3-5 years experience with MFC
- 1 year experience with ATL
- 3 years experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design
- 3 years experience with Microsoft COM technologies
- Experience with AS3/Flash and web technologies a plus (the employer provides additional training)

Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in all aspects of software development lifecycle - requirements: analysis and time management, design, development and deployment support
- Provide technical team leadership and mentoring the testers
- Develop new features in our client application
- Maintain existing features and provide development support in our client application.
- Work with different interfaces so that developers and project managers at all stages can ensure high quality products
