Resolve minor issue in our OTRS instance - repost by morecw

* Please only apply if you have experience of OTRS. Since upgrading to 3.2.7 of OTRS (hosted on Ubuntu 12.04 server) we haven't been able to get company tickets working. My two test accounts have the same CustomerID but cannot access each other's tickets... (Budget: €8-€30 EUR, Jobs: HTML, Linux, MySQL, PHP)
