I'm a php developer, already had a rtmp url streaming from red5 server and already created an html and used jwplayer to display this live streaming video, it works good on pc, BUT it doesn't work on IOS & Android mobile phones... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: AJAX, Android, iPhone, Mobile Phone, PHP)
