Hello! We are XL Team! A software and web development company with a big heart. We create quality software using Lean and Agile methods, and we build for the web and mobile with the user in mind.

We are a young company with a dynamic team, focused on delivering quality products and services to our clients.

We design and develop software, applications and websites for various environments and devices using modern technologies based on Lean and Agile methods.
We are based in Bucharest, Romania and Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team:

Requirements:

5 years experience with:
Focus on HTML5 and CSS3 Web&Mobile applications
Writes clean and logical markup

AngularJS to communicate with the JSON/JSONP backend developed
Knowledge of media queries and responsive design techniques
Knowledge of working with extension libraries like H5BP, Modernizr, etc.
Familiar with cross-browser compatibility issues

Delivering several self-contained html files according to the design and specified user interaction

TDD (Test Driven Development) and show a high code coverage from (automated) tests.

Team lead expertise

Ideal candidate should have:

Fluency in English
Know how to communicate ideas
Passion for software development
People management skills
Proactive and with a critical sense
Passion for learning
Ability to resolve challenging tasks
Sense of humour
