Join our client, the #1 provider of real estate, infrastructure and facilities management solutions in the world. They are offering a next-generation ERP system for Real Estate and Physical Assets. It combines Windows, Web, GIS, BIM and CAD technologies.

At the moment, we are looking for a Java developer who is passionate about software development, thrives in
a team and takes pride in improving his/her own skills.
You will work with the Technical Team Lead to implement and maintain code for their flagship product.

Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with team members to design and develop products and features
- Sharing your know-how with your colleagues
- Writing technical specifications
- Developing user interfaces (HTML, XML, XSL, JavaScript)
- Writing SQL, database transactional code and workflow rules
- JUnit testing
- Responding to escalated questions from QA
- Fixing bugs
- Participating in code reviews and promoting best practices
- Help the team produce better product faster

Job Requirements:

Must have:

- Have at least 3 years of programming experience
- Have web application experience (HTML, Java Script, SQL)
- Good experience with Java J2SE programming language and best practices
- Have knowledge of Servlets, JSP, Spring framework, DWR, SOAP
- Have strong technical background and interpersonal skills
- Are a team player and problem solver
- Take ownership of projects and responsibilities
- Can manage concurrent deliverables on time, with quality and under deadlines
- Fluent in English

Nice to have:

- Knowledge of XML/XSL, REST and Apache CXF.
- Mobile development experience.
- Experience in developing apps for Real Estate, Facility Management or Finance.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD
