We’re looking for passionate web developers to join our team.

Must have:
- Over 3 years of experience in application development
- Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, algorithms and data structures
- Strong database skills and experience with RDBMS
- Unit Testing & TDD
- Experience with web services programming using SOAP, XML and other technologies
- Clean code and refactoring skills, ability to adapt to internal coding standards
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledgeable about application performance, caching and scalability concepts
- Strong experience with HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and general Web 2.0 techniques – - cross-browser support
- Strong communication skills
- Able to speak and write English on a working level or better

Nice to have (not mandatory):
- PHP experience, specifically with PHP 5
- ORM for PHP5 (Propel 1.6)
- Knowledge of Zend Framework
- Experience with Agile Development (Scrum)
- OpenERP experience is a big plus!
- Linux System administration skills a big plus!
