I actually don't know what skills are required, I'm guessing. I purchased a keylogger to watch my kids. They can see it in Norton Firewall. I can change only the program name myself, but then when they open it in the firewall, they can still see it's a keylogger... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: C++ Programming, Javascript, Linear Programming, Script Install, Shell Script)
